DESCRIPTION
On April 6, 2021, the Board approved Agreement 2022-021 with Cardno, Inc. (now Stantec Consulting Services, Inc.), in the amount of $1,624,870.00 to provide software implementation, integration, post "go live" support as well as ongoing consulting support services related to the Central Square Enterprise Asset Management software that was purchased by the Utilities Division. The agreement provided for software installation, implementation, end user training along with a post "go live" support. The agreement allows for two optional five-year terms of continued consulting support if agreed to by both parties.
Amendment No. 1 to the agreement was approved by the Board on March 28, 2023, incorporating the name change reassignment from Cardno, Inc. to Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. as a result of Stantec's purchase of Cardno, Inc.
Amendment No. 2 to the agreement was approved by the Board on April 2, 2024, and provided for ongoing consulting maintenance and support services for the remainder of the initial five-year term, through April 6, 2026.
This Amendment No. 3 extends the agreement for the first of two, five-year renewal periods. Allowing for the vendor's continued maintenance and support services. When services are needed, the Utilities Division will work with Stantec to develop and approve work authorizations to include a detailed scope of work and pricing based upon the hourly billing rates identified in Attachment "A" to the amendment. Work authorizations under $100,000 will require division director approval. Work authorizations, $100,000 or greater will require County Manager or Deputy County Manager approval.
