DESCRIPTION
On February 5, 2019, the Board approved Agreement 19-004, with The Lunz Group, Inc., for the development of a fire rescue station prototype to be used for up to thirteen stations. The Sleepy Hill Fire Rescue Station was used as the first of the thirteen stations. The agreement was in the amount of $280,876.00.
When a fire rescue station is to be built, an amendment to the agreement with the Lunz Group is to be brought to the Board for approval for designing the station using the prototype, developing construction bid documents along with construction administration.
On October 1, 2019, the Board approved amendments No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 to use the prototype to design the following fire stations: Frostproof (Amendment No. 1) in the amount of $144,975.00, Loughman (Amendment No. 2) in the amount of $185,080.00 and Nalcrest (Amendment No. 3) in the amount of $189,934.00.
On June 16, 2020, the Board approved amendment No. 4 to use the prototype to design the Galloway Road Fire Rescue Station in the amount of $145,225.00.
On October 19, 2021, the Board approved amendments No. 5 and No. 6, to use the prototype to design the following fire stations Masterpiece (Amendment No 5) in the amount of $194,007.00 and the Watkins Road (Amendment No. 6) in the amount of $195,925.00.
On June 21, 2022, the Board approved amendment No. 7 to use the prototype to design the Moore Road Fire Rescue Station in the amount of $189,900.00.
On October 18, 2022, the Board approved amendment No. 8 to use the prototype to design the Eaton Park Fire Rescue Station in the amount of $197,500.00.
On December 17, 2024, the Board approved amendment No. 9 and No. 10 to use the prototype to design the following fire stations: Bradley Junction (Amendment No 9) in the amount of $...
