DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant-initiated request for property located south of County Road 550, north of Lake Ned Road, west of Overlook Drive, east of Carl Floyd Road, and south of Winter Haven, in Section 25, Township 28, Range 26. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on March 5, 2025, with a recommendation for approval by a 6/0 vote.
