DESCRIPTION
Thompson Nursery Road Phase I - Segment 1 construction plans are complete. County staff and the FDOT have reached agreement to make improvements to the US 17 @ Thompson Nursery Road intersection. The construction documents follow Department design standards and make improvements within the Department’s right of way to construct the Thompson Nursery Road Phase I - Segment 1 Project.
RECOMMENDATION
Request the Board approve the Construction Agreement with FDOT for the Thompson Nursery Road Phase I Project and approve the associated Resolution that authorizes the Chairman to execute the Construction Agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Zone A Impact Fee Fund and Special Revenue Grant Fund within the Roads and Drainage 5 Year CIP.
