Approve Construction Agreement and Resolution with FDOT for the Cooley Rd Sidewalk Project. (No fiscal impact)

DESCRIPTION
The Cooley Rd Sidewalk Project is in the current year CIP for the Roads & Drainage Division. The design and permitting phases are now complete. The FDOT requires that the Board approve the Construction Agreement and associated resolution as the last step in the permitting process. Once the Construction Agreement is fully executed, staff will obtain bids for construction.
The scope of work is as follows:
• Cooley Rd is currently a two-lane road, one lane in each direction. This project will be constructing a sidewalk along the west side of the road. As part of the new sidewalk installation, there will be some milling and resurfacing necessary at the intersection of Cooley Rd and Recker Highway (State Road 620). Due to the work being done within FDOT right-of-way, it is necessary to obtain a Construction Agreement with the FDOT.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the Construction Agreement with FDOT and Resolution.
