DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment to change the Future Land Use (FLU) designation from Residential Low (RL) to Residential Medium (RM) on  2.55 +/- acres of a total 5.84 +/- acres parcel located south of County Road 550, east of Carl Floyd Road, west of Lake Daisy Road, and north of Cypress Gardens Road, east of the City of Winter Haven, in Sections 25, Township 28, and Range 26.

 

State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on March 5th, 2025, with a recommendation for approval (6:0).

 

RECOMMENDATION

Adopt.
