DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant-initiated request for property located South of Bayberry Street, west of Lake Hatchineha, north of County Road 542 (Lake Hatchineha Road), east of Marigold Avenue, and east of Haines City, in Section 20, Township 26, Range 27. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held December 3, 2025, with a recommendation of approval by a 7-0 vote.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board set the adoption hearing date for January 6, 2026, at 9:15 a.m.
