DESCRIPTION
CMTG Real Estate Enterprise Inc has received an approved Level 2 for construction of Parker Estates (Development), a new subdivision on Parker Road consisting of 23 new single-family residences. The Development is located within the City of Lakeland’s (City) potable water utility service area but is located closer to existing Polk County Utilities (PCU) infrastructure. Development has requested the City allow PCU provide potable water service to the Development. The City Commission has granted the request and approved the Interlocal Agreement regarding Parker Estates Subdivision.
RECOMMENDATION
County staff recommends approval of the attached Interlocal Agreement regarding Parker Estates Subdivision granting Polk County Utilities authorization to provide potable water service to Parker Estates.
