DESCRIPTION
On February 17, 2026, the Board approved a piggyback agreement with AVI-SPL, LLC to provide audio-visual equipment, accessories, and services totaling approximately $2,000,000 annually through October 1, 2030.
One of the two projects slated for commencement upon execution of the agreement is an audio-visual equipment upgrade to the Commission Board Room at a total cost of roughly $207,000. The other project is already budgeted within the Utilities CIP.
This project was not anticipated during the FY 25/26 budget development process, so a transfer from reserves is needed to establish budget within the General Fund.
RECOMMENDATION
Approve budget amendment and budget transfer from the General Fund Reserve for Budget Stabilization to the General County Administration operating budget within the General Fund for the Commission Boardroom audio-visual equipment upgrade.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available for transfer in the General Fund Reserve for Budget Stabilization.
