This is a County-initiated Land Development Code text amendment to Chapter 4, Section 402, c. Indian Lakes Estates (Pre-DRI #2) to add a use table and conditions for duplex units on septic tanks, minimum septic tank requirements, and prohibiting parcel subdivision. This case is related to LDCPAL-2026-5, a companion Comprehensive Plan text amendment.
