DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment to change the Future Land Use (FLU) designation from Residential-Low (RL) to Office Center (OC) for .44 acres located on the east side of Spirit Lake Road, south of Grady Polk Road, west of the City of Eagle Lake, in Section 11, Township 29, Range 25.

State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on September 4, 2024, with a recommendation for approval (7:0).
