Parks and Natural Resources requested Procurement to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide various ATV rentals at Bone Valley ATV Park to park visitors.
Request for Proposal (RFP) 24-549, ATV Rental at Bone Valley was issued, and one vendor submitted a proposal. The selection committee met on Monday, November 4, 2024, and elevated the vendor to interviews. On December 3, 2024, the selection committee interviewed the vendor. After the interview, the consensus of the selection committee was to request the Board authorize staff to enter into negotiations with Showdown ATV LLC.

RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the selection committee’s recommendation and authorize staff enter into contract negotiations with Showdown ATV LLC for RFP 24-549, ATV Rental at Bone Valley, and terminating negotiations if negotiations with Showdown ATV LLC are unsuccessful.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact during negotiations.
