DESCRIPTION
Touchstone Phase 1 is a 238 single family subdivision development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on February 22, 2023, Touchstone Phase 1 is located in the Southwest Regional Utility Service Area in S-23, T-29, R-24, and is located on Crews Lake Drive in Lakeland, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Touchstone Phase 1 potable water and wastewater utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all the documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable water and wastewater utility system improvements of Touchstone Phase 1 for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
