Approve SHIP rehabilitation/replacement Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC24-SHIP-001 in the amount of $178,250.00 for home replacement and rehabilitation/replacement Grant Agreement in the amount of $11,537.50 for construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $189,787.50.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP rehabilitation/replacement agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
