DESCRIPTION
The projects Connector Road (aka LTD Champions Ridge - Ronald Reagan Pkwy) is a two-lane roadway incorporating utilities that connects Ronald Reagan Parkway and Dunson Road. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on May 26, 2021, The Connector Road project (aka LTD Champions Ridge - Ronald Reagan Pkwy) is located in the Northeast Regional Utility Service Area in S-06, T-26, R-27, and is located on Ronald Reagan Parkway in Davenport, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Connector Road (aka LTD Champions Ridge - Ronald Reagan Pkwy) that incorporates potable water and reclaim water utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all of the documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable water and reclaim water utility system improvements of the Connector Road (aka LTD Champions Ridge - Ronald Reagan Pkwy) project for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
