Approve SHIP rehabilitation/replacement Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC23-SHIP-002 in the amount of $169,790.00 for home replacement and rehabilitation/replacement Grant Agreement in the amount of $8,764.20 for construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $178,554.20.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP rehabilitation/replacement agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
