DESCRIPTION
This is an Applicant-initiated request for an LDC Text amendment relating to the Grenelefe UEA located south of HWY 544, west of Lake Marion Road, on both sides of Kokomo Road, north of Lake Hatchineha Road, southeast of and abutting the City of Haines City, in Sections 05, 06, 07, and 08, Township 28, Range 28.
State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on October 2, 2024, with a recommendation of approval by a 5:0 vote. Amendments to the LDC require two public hearings before the Board to be adopted. The first reading was held on November 5, 2024.
