On April 1, 2025, the Board accepted a performance surety bond in the amount of $1,797,703.65 for miscellaneous construction items. An inspection was performed on February 17, 2026, concerning the miscellaneous construction items. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Performance Bond No. 47SUR300214011188 in the amount of $1,797,703.65.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release of Performance Bond No. 47SUR300214011188 in the amount of $1,797,703.65 for Myrtlebrook Preserve.
