Property owner requests the Board to refund the Level 4 Review fees of $4,608.00 ($4,008.00 Application fee + $600.00 Advertising) and waive the Level 4 Review Pre-application fee of $250, totaling $4,858.00, for a Future Land Use designation change from Business Park Center (BPC) to Residential Low (RL) on 5.14 acres.
RECOMMENDATION
Board to approve a refund of the Level 4 Review fees and waive the Level 4 Review Pre-application fee for Anielys Salgado.
