DESCRIPTION
Staff and Inspire Placemaking Collective will make a presentation on the status of the Comprehensive Plan update and the items the Planning Commission will be considering at your June 2025 meeting.
The backup provided is the Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) memo on the status and an evaluation of the Comprehensive Plan related to Florida Statutes. Staff anticipates providing the EAR based changes by Element on or before May 9, 2025.
