DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located on the south of State Road 570 (Polk Parkway), west of US Highway 98, north of Lake Miriam Drive, and east of County Road 37B (Lakeland Highlands Road), surrounded by the Lakeland city limits, in Section 04, Township 29 and Range 24.

 

State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on October 2, 2024, with a recommendation for approval (6:0).
