DESCRIPTION
Approve Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC25-HOME-004 in the amount of $164,500.00 for a home replacement and a HOME Rehabilitation/Replacement program Grant Agreement in the amount of $9,560.00 construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $174,060.00.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this HOME rehabilitation/replacement program 1) Homeowner Assistance Agreement and 2) Grant Agreement for Case #RC25-HOME-004.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Special Revenue Grant Fund.
