DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant/County-initiated request for property located on the east side of Lake Marion Creek Drive, south side of Pine Street, west of Hemlock Avenue, north of Marigold Avenue, east of Haines City in Section 03, Township 28, Range 28.
State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on November 5, 2025, with a recommendation for approval (Vote 7:0).
Section 163.3187, Florida Statutes require the local governing board to take action on the proposed amendment.
