DESCRIPTION
On January 9, 2024, the Board accepted an Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. FGAC-23464 in the amount of $328,284.83. A warranty inspection was performed on February 6, 2025, concerning all items listed in the engineer’s cost estimate. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release the Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. FGAC-23464 in the amount of $328,284.83.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release of an Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. FGAC-23464 in the amount of $328,284.83 for Garden Hills Phase 1.
