DESCRIPTION
The Clerk of the Circuit Courts & Comptroller’s Office requested Procurement solicit proposals from qualified audit firms interested in providing annual financial auditing services for the Board, Clerk of Courts, Property Appraiser, Sheriff, Supervisor of Elections, and Tax Collector.
Request for Proposal (RFP) 24-402, Annual Financial Auditing Services was issued, and seven firms submitted proposals. The selection committee met on Friday, June 21, 2024, to evaluate and score the proposals. After the proposals were scored, the consensus of the selection committee was to forego interviews and request the Board authorize staff to enter contract negotiations with all proposers, beginning with the highest ranked proposer, Clifton Larson Allen LLP.

RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the selection committee’s recommendation and authorize staff to enter into contract negotiations, beginning with the highest ranked proposer, Clifton Larson Allen LLP for RFP 24-402, Annual Financial Auditing Services, and moving to the second-highest ranked proposer and so on, if negotiations with Clifton Larson Allen LLP are unsuccessful.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact during negotiations.
