DESCRIPTION
Approve Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC25-SHIP-011 in the amount of $184,000.00 for a home replacement and a SHIP Rehabilitation/Replacement Grant Agreement in the amount of $11,185.00 for construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $195,185.00.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP rehabilitation/replacement program 1) Homeowner Assistance Agreement and 2) Grant Agreement for Case #RC25-SHIP-011.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
