DESCRIPTION
Gibsonia Gardens is a 276-unit multifamily development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on February 22, 2024, Gibsonia Gardens is located in the Northwest Regional Utility Service Area in S-23, T-27, R-23, and is located on North Highway 98 in Lakeland, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Gibsonia Gardens potable water and wastewater utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable water and wastewater utility system improvements of Gibsonia Gardens for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
