DESCRIPTION

The Grenelefe Community Development District (CDD) is for 1,700 single-family and 246 multifamily units on approximately 543.19 acres located south of County Road 544, west of Lake Marion Road, on both sides of Kokomo Road, north of Lake Hatchineha Road, southeast of and abutting the City of Haines City, east of the Town of Dundee in Sections 05, 06, 07, and 08, Township 28, Range 28.

 

The Board of County Commissioners is required pursuant to Section 190.046 F.S. to hold a public hearing to decide upon the establishment of a CDD.  The Board must consider six criteria found in Section 190.005, F.S. explained in the staff report.

 

RECOMMENDATION

By voting to approve, the Board finds affirmative for items (1), (3), (4), and (6); find in the negative for items (2), and (5) under Section 190.005, F.S; and adopts an ordinance.
