DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located south side of Dundee Road, west of US 27, north of Overlook Drive, and east of Carl Floyd Road west of Winter Haven city limits, in Section 25, Township 28 and Range 26. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on April 3, 2024, with a recommendation for approval by a 7:0 vote.

Request Board set the adoption hearing date for May 21, 2024, at 9:30 a.m
