DESCRIPTION
Polk County is in the process of applying for funds through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program for protective measures (doors, roofs, and shutters on windows) at various Fire Rescue Stations and Emergency Medical Stations. FDEM is requiring the Board to designate an Authorized Agent to accept and execute the grant.
RECOMMENDATION
Adopt Resolution Designating the County Manager as the Authorized Agent to Accept or Execute Grant for Hazard Mitigation Grant Program for 4834-(131), Polk County, Fire Stations and Emergency Medical Stations, Wind Retrofit.
