DESCRIPTION
Case RC22-HOME-005 was approved for rehabilitation on August 22, 2023, with a mortgage of $183,000.00 and a grant agreement of $8,305.20, for a total project cost of $191,305.20. Two (2) additional dumpsters were used for Demo due to household items. The cost of the additional dumpster and disposal will be $1,875.00 and the additional recording cost will be $26.00 for a total of $1,901.00. This increases the mortgage to $184,875.00 and the grant agreement to $8,331.20 for a total project cost of $193,206.20.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve this HOME rehabilitation program agreement modification.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Special Revenue Grant Fund.
