DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located at the southwest corner of Avenue Y Northeast and Cedie Street Northeast, and south and west of the City of Winter Haven in Section 16, Township 28, Range 26. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on October 4, 2023, with a recommendation for approval (5:1).

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request Board set the adoption hearing date for November 21, 2023, at 9:30 a.m.
