DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant-initiated request for property located south of Palmetto Street, east of Marigold Avenue, west of Audubon Road, north of Lake Hatchineha Road, and east of the city of Haines City, in Section 25, Township 27, Range 28. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on February 5, 2025, with a recommendation for approval by a 7:0 vote.
