DESCRIPTION
The medical services agreement (MSA) will allow for the provision of durable medical equipment to qualified county residents enrolled in the Polk HealthCare Plan (PHP). The MSA with Medi-Healthcare, Inc. will be effective December 1, 2023.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the medical services agreement with Medi-Healthcare, Inc. for the provision of durable medical equipment.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Indigent Health Care Fund.
