DESCRIPTION

The subject property is all ECX districts in the US 98 Selected Area Plan.

 

State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on November 5th, 2025, with a recommendation for approval (6:1). The Board considers amendments to the Land Development Code during two public hearings.  The first reading was held on December 2, 2025.  This is the adoption hearing.
