Nora Frayre, on behalf of the owner Enrique Fernandez, requests Conditional Use approval of a Barrack Style Farm Worker Dormitory serving up to 70 workers on 12.11 acres in an Agricultural Residential Rural (A/RR) district. The subject site is located west of Doc Lindsey Road, north of Lake Buffum Road South, south of Murray Road, east of Lake Buffum Road West, east of the City of Fort Meade in Section 23, Township 31, Range 26.
