DESCRIPTION
The Board approved Agreement 2022-083 with Burgess & Niple, Inc. on October 4, 2022, to provide professional engineering services for Roads and Drainage Division projects where the cost of construction does not exceed $7,500,000.
In accordance with the agreement, Burgess & Niple, Inc. has requested, and the Roads and Drainage Division has agreed to an adjusted Fee Schedule as outlined in Exhibit B-2 of this amendment.
Burgess & Niple, Inc. is one of 17 firms that have master agreements to provide road and drainage engineering services. When services are needed work is equitably distributed amongst all firms except in cases where a particular firm may be more highly qualified to perform the services.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve Amendment 1 to Agreement 2022-083 with Burgess & Niple, Inc.
