DESCRIPTION
This is a county-initiated request for property located east of Lake Walk in the Water, south of SR 60 and north of CR 630 between Lake Walk in the Water and the intersection of SR 60 and CR 630, Indian Lake Estates. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on January 8, 2025, with a recommendation of denial by a 6:1 vote.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board set for the first reading on February 4, 2025, at 9:15 a.m., and the second reading on April 1, 2025, at 9:15 a.m.
