Staff will quickly mention where the previously three agenda items from today’s meeting, are now “Added to/Inserted” into this TDSP Update. These include:
LCB’s Grievance Procedures – from Agenda Item # 8. Mentioned on page 116. Goes into the TDSP’s Appendix #15 in the Appendix packet.
Rate Model – from Agenda Item #9, the “Published Rates for Service” – Table 28 of the TDSP on page 131, and TDSP’s Appendix # 16 in Appendix Packet.
Attachment A (TDSP)
Staff made changes in words/phrases for clarity, or to correct typos. Most are non-substantive in nature. Cover page, LCB roll call vote and certification pages, table of contents.
TPO’s Vision, Mission and Core Values have been added into the TDSP and are located on page 11.
Table 1- Polk coordinated trips by funding source (2025 Annual Performance Report), on page 14.
Updated Table 24 Poverty Table, “Florida Food Stamping Income Limit Table” from Citrus Connection, on page 84.
Consistency review of other plans, covering the Polk TPO Long Range Transportation Plan Envision 2050; the coinciding major update to Citrus Connection’s Transportation Development Plan (for 2037); and the Polk County Comprehensive Plan, update – all happening this calendar year located on pages 18 and 19.
Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) section updated with FY 2025-26 allocations for TD Planning Grant and the TD Trust Fund Trip Equipment/Voluntary Dollar grants, from the Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged, now with information on how to find the TIP in the Polk TPO’s website located on pages 21 and 22.
