DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located North of Interstate 4, South of State Road 33, West of Epicenter Road, and adjacent to the City of Lakeland, in Section 11, Township 27, Range 24.

 

Planning Commission action was not required.  This is the second of two public hearings, with the first public hearing occurring on April 16, 2024.
