DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located south of State Road 570 (Polk Parkway), east of County Road 37B (Lakeland Highlands Road), west of US Highway 98, north of Lake Miriam Drive, surrounded by the Lakeland city limits, in Section 04, Township 29, Range 24. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on October 2, 2024, with a recommendation for approval by a 6:0 vote.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request Board set the adoption hearing date for November 19, 2024, at 9:15 a.m.
