Real Estate Services requested Procurement solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide property acquisition services.
Request for proposal (RFP) 24-381, Acquisition Services was issued, and four firms submitted proposals. The selection committee met on June 13, 2024, to evaluate and score the proposals. The selection committee collectively decided to forgo interviews and request the Board authorize staff to enter into contract negotiations with all proposers.
