DESCRIPTION
On December 17, 2024, the Board accepted Maintenance Bond No. LICX1983025 in the amount of $134,591.02. A warranty inspection was performed on October 17, 2025 concerning all items listed in the engineer’s cost estimate. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Maintenance Bond No. LICX1983025 in the amount of $134,591.02.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approves the release of Maintenance Bond No. LICX1983025 in the amount of $134,591.02 for the Brentwood Townhomes Phase 2 & 3.
