Approve the PRWC Board of Directors Meeting Schedule for 2024 (Action)

DESCRIPTION
Provided for consideration and approval is the Polk Regional Water Cooperative Board of Directors 2025 Meeting Schedule. The Board meets no less than bi-monthly, typically on the third Wednesday of the selected month and for the past year at the Lake Myrtle Sports Complex in Auburndale at 2:00 PM. The single exception is:
1) The July meeting, which has been schedule for July 23, 2025 in order to avoid a conflict with the Environmental Permitting Summer School traditionally at Marco Island, Florida.
The below chart details the proposed meeting dates for calendar year 2024.

Approve the PRWC Board of Directors meeting schedule for 2025.
