DESCRIPTION
The Board approved Contract 2024-080 with Cathcart Construction Company - Florida LLC (Contractor) on November 5, 2024, in the amount of $3,806,113.90. Utility relocations are completed, and the Contractor has acquired the construction materials and is ready to begin work. County staff have negotiated with the Consultant to provide staff for CEI services on the project. The estimated duration of the Consultant’s services is 12 months.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve CSA No. 22-098-03 with the Consultant at a cost not-to-exceed $295,577.54 to provide CEI services for the Palmer Road Drainage Improvements Project.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are budgeted within the Roads and Drainage 5 year CIP in the General Revenue Fiscal Recovery Fund.
