DESCRIPTION

Approve HOME rehabilitation/replacement program Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC24-HOME-003 in the amount of $178,250.00 for home replacement and rehabilitation/replacement program Grant Agreement in the amount of $11,237.50 construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $189,487.50.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request approval of this HOME rehabilitation/replacement program agreement.

 

FISCAL IMPACT

Funds are available in the Special Revenue Grant Fund.
