Approve a budget amendment and transfer from the Supervisor of Elections (SOE) operating budget to capital for the purchase of five vehicles. ($206,000 one-time transfer)

DESCRIPTION
The SOE is requesting a budget amendment and transfer to cover capital expenses not included in the FY 24/25 budget. In addition to the six vehicles and one mobile polling trailer included in the budget, the SOE is requesting an additional five vehicles as listed below:

Funds in the capital budget are not sufficient to cover the additional expense; therefore, the SOE is requesting a budget amendment of $206,000 to address the shortfall in the capital budget.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the budget amendment and transfer from the Supervisor of Elections operating budget to capital budget.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available for transfer in the Supervisor of Elections General Fund budget.
