On February 4, 2025, the Board accepted Maintenance Bond No. US00143144SU24A in the amount of $8,125.35. A warranty inspection was performed on March 9, 2026, concerning all items listed in the engineer’s cost estimate. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Maintenance Bond No. US00143144SU24A in the amount of $8,125.35.
RECOMMENDATION
