DESCRIPTION
Mosby Citrus Ridge (aka Orlando Breeze) is a 300 unit multifamily development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on October 10, 2022. Mosby Citrus Ridge (aka Orlando Breeze) is located in the Northeast Regional Utility Service Area in S-14, T-25, R-26, and is located on Orlando Breeze Circle in Davenport, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Mosby Citrus Ridge (aka Orlando Breeze) potable water, wastewater and reclaim water utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable water, wastewater and reclaim water utility system improvements of Mosby Citrus Ridge (aka Orlando Breeze) for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
