DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located at 514 Sunset Lane, west of State Road 559, north of Reflection Boulevard, south of Sutton Road, north of the city of Auburndale, in Section 22, Township 27, Range 25. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which will be held on November 1, 2023, with a recommendation for approval.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request Board set the adoption hearing date for November 21, 2023, at 9:30 a.m.
